Sean White looked a helluva lot better than either of the QBs zbama has trotted out this season.

Apparently he got really frustrated in practice over the summer and threw a football as hard as he could at Kiffin ( ). After that was when the wheels fell off for him. I do remember just at the drop of a hat he randomly fell to the back of all the depth charts and seemingly was out of the qb race overnight.

I think there could be something to that. I heard from someone else who is situated similarly to you that Cornwell had gotten pissed about how many reps Barnett was getting, and wound up in the doghouse. No way to verify it, so I didn't think much of it, but hey, it makes ya wonder.

And yet he's yet to score a single touchdown.

Guys, our coaches are going to play the players that they think gives Alabama the best chance to win the game. There is no ulterior motive. We're talking about professionals that have done this for a long time and watch these kids every day. The players that are the best at executing their job will play.

Cornwell had some issues dealing with maturity. I honestly dont believe he will be back after this season.

Nick Saban has actaully been pretty good about giving players second chances so if he more or less blackballs a player I never question why. As others have stated if he wants to go elsewhere he can and if he wants to stay and fight for the job next season that's fine too.
