Someone has been shown the detailed Alabama depth chart while on a visit elsewhere.

If he doesn't want to compete, then he doesn't belong at Bama.

He's not going to stay at RB regardless of where he goes.

I know that I'm an a-hole, but I really wish Bama would pull his offer. I despise the mentality he has.

I'd rather not go down that road with in-state kids. If he doesn't like the depth, he will go elsewhere anyway. Reagardless, his offer is as an athlete. I saw him as a h-back.

I haven't seen a list yet.
What grade is your son going into?
9th. 5'9" 175lb TE out of Pace, FL. Good route runner, great hands, sturdy blocker, lacks elite speed.
(My own scouting report that I will deliver to Coach Saban...lol)

Alabama has been atop the list for the nation’s No. 1 outside linebacker, JJ Peterson of Moultrie (Ga.) Colquitt County, all spring.
Peterson reaffirmed that sentiment in a recent interview with the SEC Recruiting Buzz Podcast with Keith and Kipp.
“This summer the first school I’m going to is Bama, Auburn, then I’m going to Florida State,” Peterson said.
Peterson says Auburn and Oregon trail the Tide at Nos. 2 and 3, respectively, but to not expect a commitment on his upcoming visit to Tuscaloosa.
What keeps Alabama on top?
“I just like the family atmosphere and all the players, I get along with real good,” Peterson said. “Some of them got backgrounds like me. I came up from hard stuff. It’s all players that just play good. Players with stories.”
Peterson has had his fair share of struggles losing his father at a young age, and recently his grandfather this past year.
While the four-star ‘backer keeps personal issues off the football field, he admits it gives him a chip on his shoulder.
“See all my family, they had talent,” Peterson said. “Everyone that came through with the Peterson name, they had talent and they didn’t make it. To me, I got to make it because everybody didn’t make it. I’m not going to fail.”
Peterson says he hopes to have a decision by the second round of his high school playoffs this upcoming fall. What does he need to see from a school before then?
“I just gotta to see if they’re really what they talk about,” he said.
At 6-foot-1.5, 210 pounds, Peterson is rated the No. 1 outside linebacker and the No. 35 overall player in the country, per the industry-generated 247Sports Composite.
He’s currently trending to Alabama at 100 percent on the 247Sports Crystal Ball.

Translation: "I really hate competition"
Not saying this kid won't succeed, but that's a pretty bad mentality to have.

But it could be Fow-cha.
I want it to be fricka so bad.

Have seen mention on a couple sites (from nobody reliable that I'm aware of) that Armour-Davis could be close to committing. No idea if reliable at all, but if true, we made up a huge amount of ground in a short period of time. Then again, I'm a bit skeptical if he could commit before camp if he wanted to.

Fwiw, there are similar rumors around the St Paul's program.

Alabama is still in the early stages of putting together its 2018 class with just a pair of commitments onboard, but that doesn't mean the staff isn't looking ahead to the 2019 recruiting cycle, as a number of offers have already gone out to the soon-to-be juniors.
The Tide currently holds the No. 7 recruiting class in the '19 class with a pair of four-stars committed in running back Trey Sanders and offensive tackle Pierce Quick.
Here, BamaOnLine takes a look at 15 more top targets of the Crimson Tide in 2019, and gives a way-to-early prediction on where they'll end up.

Owen Pappoe, OLB, Loganville (Ga.) Grayson
Florida State holds the edge as it stands, but even if the nation's top outside linebacker commits the 'Noles, Alabama is by no means out of the race. Pappoe has a trio of teammates committed to FSU in Tru Thompson, Kenyatta Watson II, and Wanya Morris, the latter of which is the only one to hold an offer from the Crimson Tide. If Bama joins the race for the remainder of Pappoe's teammates, we could see a shift in momentum towards UA, especially considering the relationship Pappoe and outside linebackers coach Tosh Lupoi share.
Prediction: Alabama

JT Daniels, QB, Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei
The quarterback position will be a hot topic in the 2019 cycle considering the options Alabama has. You've got the younger brother of Tua Tagovailoa, Taulia, at Thompson in Alabaster, Ala, four-star Pinson Valley (Ala.) product and Auburn legacy Bo Nix, oh, and the great-grandson of Paul "Bear" Bryant in Paul Tyson at Hewitt-Trussville (Ala.). It's likely at least one of these guys joins the Tide's class at quarterback, but for now Daniels looks to be the biggest priority. Daniels trekked to Tuscaloosa earlier this spring, a trip his father gave flying colors to. He'll return in July to throw for the staff.
Prediction: Stanford

Ke'shun Brown, S/OLB, Montgomery (Ala.) Carver
Brown has seen his stock soar this spring claiming offers from Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and others. The Tide was the childhood favorite, and while he's not naming the program his leader, looks to be the team to beat at this stage in his recruitment. Brown is also close friends with UA linebacker and former Carver standout Mack Wilson.
Prediction: Alabama

Dominick Blaylock, WR, Marietta (Ga.) Walton
Blaylock picked up an offer from Alabama, as well as a number of other big-time programs, over a year ago. The Tide saw the 6-foot, 175-pounder earlier this year, as well as this spring and will more than likely get him on campus this summer. Georgia is the presumed favorite for now and the team recruiting him the hardest. With many after the elite talent, Blaylock will look at all of his options.
Prediction: Georgia
