Admittedly, someone coming from Hawaii may be considered a little underdeveloped. Add in the fact Tech isn't exactly revered as a place for defensive development.
Yet, they threw him out there to start 25 straight games for them. Whomever gets him has 3 years(to play 2) to try to get him on track...

I found this random article, but I can't find any info about him. If he enrolled at Alabama State in 2013, with a redshirt he'd have one season of eligibility. With a greyshirt maybe two?

I mean it’s nothing new to me, this isn’t my first time playing college football. I played at Alabama state and Morehouse so I know how to compete for anything and everything I do. I plan to get in and make an impact. If I don’t end up starting I’m still going to do my best to make everyone around me better.

Frasier should continue to develop over the next couple of months, and be primed for a Strong Summer Showing.
