In my opinion, he didn't get many carries this year because Saban knows how badly we will need him to be healthy next year. He didn't want to risk anything with him coming off such a recent ACL tear.

If he is 100 percent in 2016 then our RB situation will be infinitely better.

This. Hopefully Saban sat his arse down and explained it to him. First year in a while where we haven't had a clear #2 to move up next year.

Probably pass protection and ball security. He is playing special teams, so I don't think he has physical limitations.

In my opinion, watching the few carries he had , he appeared a bit timid. Maybe nothing that can't be corrected, just seemed to be holding back some.
Maybe it's the knee.
I just don't subscribe to the "saving him til next year" theory. Saban, and frankly any decent coach , should go by what is best for the team now, not next year.

He has been very explosive in practice.

Next Year's Returning Rushers!!!
Damien Harris 45 176
Bo Scarbrough 15 87
Ronnie Clark 5 20
Derrick Gore 6 18
Xavian Marks 1 0

I thought the few times Bo rushed, aside from being saddled with the back up line, he just didn't seem comfortable in the game. Take away his long 24 yard run and he averaged 4.5 ypc. Praying for Help from the Recruits or transfer? or JUCO?

I don't think we are simply saving him for next year, I just think that we are preserving his health until next year. I think that he is not 100 percent yet, and Saban is making sure he doesn't get hurt again by giving him how many ever carries against an SEC defense. It hasn't even been 10 months since he tore his knee up.

Obviously if he was fully capable of giving us a better chance to win, Saban would give him more carries.

I have some insight on Bo

He needs to get better at Pass Pro, Learn the playbook a little better. Plus he was minor dog housed.

He has no physical limitations

He is a great back, he is a bit faster than Henry close to his size. He will do well for us.

Also we are getting a new recruit and it's from another school. Someone will be bringing him when he takes a job at bama.

A healthy offseason will do him wonders. I expect him to progress very nicely going into next year.

A recruit coming from another college when we a coach comes to Bama? I will say Robertson as Pruitt was a primary recruiter at UGA. Because I just really want Robertson
