I don't like dropping the time outs from 5 to 4. 5 seems like too few already. I'm on board with the rest.

5 is way too many. It's only a 40 minute game.

I dont like eliminating the 5 second count when dribbling. We're going to see folks pound the air out of the ball in some situations.

I'd be fine with only 3 timeouts. Maybe that's just because of my remembrance of Grant's ineptness with them though.

I'm for anything that prevents more stop pages of play. Hell, make all timeouts just 30 seconds.

The issue is they have already have so many timeouts then you add tgose TV timeouts so some of these games just drag on

Where did you read this because I only saw this in the article but may have missed it.

The way I interpreted it was it took a timeout away from both halves

the womern going to four quarters is interesting too.
