Well at least we didn't lose to New Jersey Institute of Technology (#16 Michigan) and Yale (Defending Champs UCONN)....so I'll take this defeat.

I am totally cereal, pal. We played terrible defense. You're confusing a lack of effort with what has been the inability to play good defense so far this year. This wasn't a one game mishap. This has been a trend this year. Kessens has been awful on the defensive end and when Taylor was given 2 early ticky-tack fouls in the 2nd half we were forced to go with Kessens. We had no rim protection and no post defense. Outside of Randolph and Cooper we haven't had much perimeter defense, and even Randolph struggled at points tonight.
