I hope so. We don't really beat good teams under Anthony Grant so i'm not expecting that to change.

we definitely got issues inside. but this particular, team feeds off Levi. he's gotta bring from tip to finish

We have to get better at defending the 3. I won't even comment on anything that happened defensively in the 2nd half. We weren't really allowed to play it. But the first half defense was pretty bad and our offense was putrid. The first half was very discouraging offensively, but we played much better in the 2nd. Glad to see Grant get emotional. Seems much more engaged this year.

Well at least they tried to make it look respectable at a the end even though it wasnt nearly that close

Those 2 were more important than this one was IMO. Every game in CBB is important. They are going to have some off nights.

Off nights are acceptable when your just not making shots or the other team just gets hot. What's not ok is the lack of effort, especially defensively. I at least expect the team to play hard, especially in a game like this.

Yeah that was what was most disappointing when we supposedly preach defense.

Yep. The defense is and has been terrible for two years. I have a hard time seeing us having the season we all hope to have if we continue to play like we have defensively.

It wasn't about effort at all. They scored 59 points from the 3pt and FT line. Their open 3 pointers came from our players helping off their man, zone rotation, and doubles. This had nothing to do with effort...

Defense was meh last year and this year it's really bad/slow. Not like his early teams here.
