I played pee wee, running back/saftey. One and done. Played baseball and basketball for 12 years. All star pitcher, shortstop, shooting guard, and I can throw a nice tight spiral in the backyard.

My REC league calls me Kobe. You can call me.........Luke.

Played football all four years and played baseball for 3. Couldn't play baseball my senior because my girlfriend (now wife of over 30 years) got pregnant. Played with Emmitt Smith my senior year. He was a snow bunny chasing a-hole. Still is.

I played football starting in ninth grade for a small Christian high school 'til junior year. I was mostly right guard, although I did play some on the d-line, which I sucked at. It was 8-man football

Coaching was terrible, so I didn't learn a whole lot about the real game. Coach got pissed once and switched the line and skill position players. I got pissed and told my friend who was the quarterback to hand off to me. I got 7 yards

Played in middle school and stopped playing. I went to a baseball heavy high school in bham with a mediocre football program so my loyalties and playing time went to the diamond

I started playing organized football in the 1st grade. In jr high and high school I played both ways. OLB on D but my most natural pos was FB. Knee injury and resulting loss af joint stability turned me into an OLB and Tight End. In college I was OLB but a 5th concussion, 2nd knee injury and a change of coaching staff made me rethink my future. Just a fan ever since.

I played baseball til about 4th or 5th grade when I just got completely bored with it.

Basketball til about 8th or 9th grade. Mostly just for the YMCA. Made a few all-star teams as a PG. Tried out for the Jr. High team but didn't make the last cut. As a shortish white guy, I was pleased I made the last 20 or so. Soccer coach said I had to pick soccer or basketball so I chose soccer.

Played soccer from about age 7 until 11th grade. Played for the high school starting in 7th grade. Quit after my Jr. year because I hated the coaches.

Played football for one day around 10th grade. Football coach (Bill Clark) came out to soccer practice asking if anyone wanted to be a kicker. I gave it shot. I wasn't bad, but thought it would be extremely boring so I told him I wouldn't be back.

1st team All-County WR and FS. My claim to fame is that I scored a TD on the last play of my football career. Last game senior year I caught a pass over the middle, somehow made 2 guys miss (even for high school, I was a slow WR, but was tall and could catch BBs in the dark) on the way to a 30 yard TD. Got hit at the goal line and landed on my hip and tore the muscle off the bone.

The guy that replaced me at free safety got burned on the last play of the game and we missed the playoffs.
