Phil's was used as a point of reference for the person who said they lived off of the strip and walked to games.

70% of students live off campus. I just don't see it having a significant impact if it was located downtown. You could use Crimson Ride to get students there as well.

Yes, but I would wager that the most students actually at the games are on campus.

30% of our enrollment is still 10,845. All of that relatively close to the arena. And the student section is less than 25% of the arena, so you have a much better chance of filling it when that many students are that close.

Anthony Grant was a great a guy though, good family, kept our program out of really any muck and was very much a disciplinarian. He graduated, I think, just about every senior he had.

The only way I can justify poking fun at him (besides, you know... the basketball) is.... he got a hefty pay day when we let him go and he's back with this bff Billy Donovan in the pros, coaching KD and Westbrook.

Talk about win-win
