FSU board predicts UGA-UA game. I always like to read what other fanbases who don't have a dog in the hunt/aren't trying to troll are thinking. LINK

UGA fans (and a few of the alters on this board) will just say that the FSU fans are bitter about losing Pruitt to UGA

But the 2-5 thing? All 5 were spread tempo. Something UGA is not.

It's hard to find a fanbase that's not biased even a little bit, but I figured that's probably the closest thing to it.

Besides most of them mentioned some good reasons behind their picks. Something you won't find on the rant.

I think we probably lose by a field goal, but I'm amazed at all of the Alabama fans predicting double digit loss in this thread.

Coker's first road start. No identity on offense.

24-17 UGA

I have a great feeling about this game, in a way where it seems feels like we're gonna show up and ball!

I'll say Bama 30

How dare someone think we aren't a flawless football team.

Can I see us winning? Sure I can. Its not impossible and it would even be the biggest upset of the day if it happens. But a lot of us see an Alabama team that has some major issues. Hell, a lot of people back in the summer thought this game was probably our biggest chance to drop a game all year.

Our weakness is a tempo offense that runs mostly spread concept plays with a mobile QB.

Georgia might be able to up their tempo but they've yet to do that, and their QBs are anything but mobile.

Meanwhile their best offensive weapon plays to our biggest defensive strength.

On the other side they haven't faced anything close to our offensive talent or prowess. Our offense may be sputtering but it's still significantly better than any team they've faced.

We may not be flawless but a lot of yall are indeed acting like pussies right now. This game plays into our hands. Too many people getting caught up in the Vegas line

I agree. I think everyone is overreacting to how "bad" this team is. They started out with a lot of questions, played like shite vs. Ole Miss but still almost won, played vanilla vs. ULM, and the whole time have been working on what the team can do, and getting experience.

I expect this team to circle the wagons and go on a tear now. Sure, the offense hasn't looked great so far. And, they could lose more games. But, step back from the ledge guys. They're better than you think. They scored 37 points against the best defense they've faced, despite turning the ball over 5 times.

Got a weird feeling about this game too. I just have a feeling Kiffin has something up his sleeve and Lambert is going to struggle

Yeah he got a 250lb athlete back on offense and RB depth should no longer be an issue

That's great but it has nothing to do with our issues this year though. Our weakness this year is on the offensive side of the ball. Defense is playing great.

The offense that put up 500 yards and 37 points on Ole Miss's defense? Oh ok

Alabama shocks the hell out of me and comes out under center for the majority of the game, slows the pace, gets first downs, and lets the defense do it's thang. 31-17 Bama.

So you're on record that our offense is just fine? No issues with QB, OL, or WR play?

If you think that, then I can understand that you have confidence. I don't think all is well with our offense and I don't trust them right now to move the ball with consistency as well as protect the ball...especially on the road against a good team in a hostile environment. I hope they prove me wrong.

Alabama just needs to come out on Saturday and have a statement drive on the first series. Get a FG or TD, whichever, just get the TD and let the emotions settle. Tackle well in space against Chubb, set up 3rd-and-long instead of 3rd-and-manageable. They set up 3rd-and-short, the defense is going to be on its heels not knowing whether Lambert is going to take a shot downfield or Chubb is going to run it.

Right now, the unsung hero of this defense is Jarren Reed. He has batted down so many balls this year and yet no one has given him any kind of credit. He's disruptive up the middle, eats up space, and does a good job of reading the QB's eyes. A thing I think we need to do to affect Lambert into making bad decisions is blitz Foster up the middle. His pass coverage has been dismal this year. Let him attack up the middle with A'Shawn and Reed, drop Ragland back in coverage, and get after Chubb.

Alabama can win this game if they don't make mistakes and Coker can keep the chains moving on 3rd down. There should be no need for Coker to throw it downfield if Henry is starting to get into rhythm and gain 5-6 yards per carry. Just run the ball effectively, keep the chains moving, and take advantage of the opportunities in the red zone.
