This NFL draft personifies why I can't get in to a pro football team. Too many dumb decisions being made (not referring to the Saints in particular)

Why? Rankins is a pretty solid player (excellent at Senior Bowl) and fills an immediate need. I don't like the Thomas pick that much because I would rather go defense but Colston is gone and he can replace him.

They could have gotten a receiver at a later round that was just as good and I don't think they should have passed up the 2 Bama guys for Rankins.

Ahh I see Bama bias. Jk
But Rankins is a better pass rusher than either and obviously many teams didn't have that high of a view of either Reed or AR.
