Simon did everything right by us. I don't blame him if he is bitter and hope he lands on his feet. Bottom line is we had to promote Pettway. He deserved it. I've been hard on him in the past, but he's got an eye for talent and works hard at developing relationships.

This isn't the first time he's tweeted something like this. Right after he was fired, he posted a couple of gifs of baseball players getting hit by a ball and he said something about pitchers don't care about hurting you or ur family. Was an out of nowhere tweet that could've only been directed at his firing.
I also noticed that he retweeted something a few days ago about Brandon Johns not visiting us bc Simon was his recruiter.
Bottom line, he's still very mad

He did leave a fairly good job at Providence, so I can understand being mad. This is probably isn't a good look for him going forward though

I see an article from July 27th of last year where the non-conference schedule was announced, so I'm guessing it'll be around that same time again
