I'd really like to protect home court this year. We had too many losses there last year

We'll probably end up with 13 OOC games. If you look back at the last few years of the Big12 SEC Challenge, most of the SEC teams play 12 non conference games plus that game since it is towards the end of January. At this point you'd think we would play two more cupcakes. I'd think we would end up anywhere from 9-3 if we play just the 12 games to as good as 11-2 if we end up with 13.

Brandon Johns is reportedly committing somewhere Thursday. 0 chance it's Bama.

I'll say 9-3.

Losses @Arizona, vs Minnesota, and vs Rhode Island

That would mean that we would finish 2-3 vs top 50 RPI (if we're assuming BYU and Texas would even be top 50). Not saying that would be terrible or anything, but I'm hoping for 10-2.

Travis Reier said on BOL that McGill University isn't planning on streaming their game against Bama. He's still checking with the other 2 schools

Wow! Please let this happen!

quote:

Kentucky head coach John Calipari reached out to knicks through intermediaries to express interest in the Knicks presidency, per ESPN league sources. The Knicks do not have interest in Calipari at the moment, per league sources. Presumably, Calipari would want to coach as well if he took over as president. The Knicks parted ways with president Phil Jackson earlier this week. Current GM Steve Mills is handling the club's day-to-day operations and is expected to lead them through free agency. I kind of like having Cal in the SEC, but it would definitely help recruiting wise if they lost him.
