neither did these coaches

They still need to do a better job.

We have shown we can be fricking elite. For a half.

We have to put together a full game of what we saw against Arkansas in the 1st half last week and what we saw today in the 2nd half if we want to be a championship caliber team.

That's on the coaches.

Great win though. Halftime adjustments were huge.

Milroe is ugly in so many ways, but that dude never stops trying. He never quits. And for that alone he has my respect.

Braswell had himself a day. 2.5 sacks and that huge FF

Yet we dropped him in coverage on a fricking slot WR on their opening drive.

I assumed that was circumstantial and the result of Heupal calling a great play.

I thought the dynasty was officially crumbling down 20-7 at half. Bama 27-0 in the 2nd half. Wow.

Our rush defense is much better than statistics show. We play mobile QBs every week and they all run for around 80 yards. All of those yards on damn 3rd down scrambles.

Light’em if you got’em boys

first post of the game but holding them to 6 when they were in the red zone twice was Yuge. Assuming they got 14 instead of 6 would have been a 3 point spread when they went for 4th down instead of kicking the FG to tie the game. Or is my math wrong.

According to ESPN, Tenn had a 76.6% chance of winning the game at the half:

Heupel was 22-0 when leading at half-time. No more.

It would have been 34 to 28, if your talking about them going for it late in the 4th when it was 34-20. They would still have gone for it, but it would have been for the lead if they got it.

Feel pretty good about that whole lb room, the heavier rotation
bc of small injuries is paying off now.

I’ll just say, warts and all, if this team puts a full 60 minutes together they can beat anybody.

This was vintage Alabama defense and offense . When we had to have plays we produced. That’s what our best teams did. It’s pride, it’s confidence and it’s guts.
This game makes me feel good about the LSWho game now.
We have to win that to get to the SEC Championship. We play with this attitude , we’ll get there.
