He is going to have to get an unscrupulous church leader involved, along with a board of trustees willing to hand over every university wide decision to the football administration. I am not sure how he plans to replicate the "Plantation Dabo" culture. That is where this fails. Coach Dungy is a smart guy. He would be far better off building something organic.

No way, I think they can build into Virginia Tech Beamer era type program. Win 8-9 occasional 10 win season but that is the ceiling at best. Even then it is going to take a number of years for Fleck to build that if he stays there.
