Social media posting on a corporate account is part of my job, and our department has had instances where we're posting for someone else. So it's possible someone else who manages Petrino's account thought they were logged into their own account and liked it. I'm pretty sure there are plenty of coaches who have at least half of their posts coming from social media managers. So it's possible it wasn't him.
