Why start a thread to tell us what everyone already knows?

Why do LSU fans trot this shite out at every opportunity. "Yeah we didn't do as well as we wanted this year but look at all the talent we sent to the NFL!"
All this shows is that your team did les with more talent.

What it shows is that we're so great at developing talent that it has actually become a detriment to the team in the form of underclassmen declaring.
After the 2012 season, SIX underclassmen starters on defense declared early. In our three losses in 2013, the defense gave up 44, 27, and 38 points.
Then in the 2013 draft, we lose FOUR underclassmen starters on offense as well as both starting DTs. In three of our five losses, our offense scored 13 points or less. In the other two, we gave up close to 300 rushing yards.
That's why we're so excited about the upcoming year... only lost three players early this time instead of the usual 7-8.
SEC fuuuuuuuuuucked.

converted several of their one and dones into two and dones and still couldn't overcome their deficiencies at the coaching position.

If either QB makes the offseason improvement that Mettenberger made from 2012-13... or even the improvement Brandon Allen made from 2013-14, we won't lose a single game.

Mettenberger's improvement as a senior only got him back to the skill level he showed up with when he transferred to lsu as a junior.
