South Carolina is making a serious run at the overall title right now. Only thing holding them back is men's basketball: can't decline from rock bottom.....

how did LSU have a worse decline this year than say Auburn or South Carolina, or Vanderbilt?

Aggies admitting that our worst teams have smoked their best teams in school history is priceless. Think about that for a second! Our worst coach beats your best coach every year. Even with Chavis this trend won't change

Well if you have to bring Vanderbilt up...

I can understand the Florida responses. I forgot all about their free fall. Those saying South Carolina though, I didn't put us because we never really got a to a point we could fall from. An 11 win season is great for us. At a place like LSU, it's good but not great. It made sense in my head anyways.

And the guy that said South Carolina baseball is a flash in the pan is a mouth breathing retard.

Auburn went from playing in a national championship to a 4 loss team.

RPI of 97 and still near last in the SEC. Well I guess if that's where you think order is.

I thought it was 121 or something crazy like that. But your best team ever has scored 5 runs in 2 games and lost one of those to a team with a 121. So yeah, I'm pleased.

2012 10-2 RS, 6-2 SEC

2014 8-4 RS, 4-4 SEC

Tigers didn't just have a decline, they're still right in the middle of a real and spectacular one....

Let's see any other team lose NINE players to the NFL (17 OVER 2 YEARS), including a 3000 yard passer, 1000 yard rusher and 2 1000 yard receivers, and STILL come within an eyelash of beating the #1 team, beat a top 5 team, and nearly beat ND in a bowl game, and could have been a 10-3 season.
A Top 5 2015 recruiting class and projected Top 3 or higher 2016 class further demonstrates that this 'decline' is pure folly.

I remember the last time every SEC fan was in a state of delirious hopefulness - 2008 when LSU kicked off Perrilloux and went 8-5. Boy what a decline after that.

So much for those 5 runs. Another weekend about to be in the books, another series win.
