Watch the video to the end to see McQueen take it to the house!

Good bull--seems comfortable as the team leader

Gig 'Em, Kyle!

He seems pretty cool. The moment I knew I liked him was this.

I also love his arm. Even his interceptions look good.

completely off topic, clicking on that video made me think of it, but an aggie youtube video that makes laugh every time, no questions asked, is this one

That season was so damn fun. I'm convinced that our fanbase enjoyed that season more than any other. It's all about expectations. Welcoming the team back after Alabama was some of the most fun I've ever had. It was like a national championship celebration in the middle of the night.

I think as fans, we need to always remember that. As an LSU fan growing up, I really started following the team in 1999 or so. The first Sugar Bowl was great. Beat Illinois. And the first National Championship in 2003 was incredible. I was at the game. But after that, you just always expected success. So it was hard to have fun.

I think that's one of the reasons that LSU fans and A&M fans butt heads so much on the Rant. They constantly are proving to us why they are so great because that's all of the joy there is. They don't actually enjoy the winning at this point. And considering how they do it, that doesn't help either. And us Aggies are having a blast watching the team, although last year was tough at times. They hate that, and they also don't get it because the success of the two programs has been very similar the last three years, and they have beaten us every time.

Sports aren't about championships. They really aren't. Nobody cares a couple weeks after. If you only watch sports for champioships, you will find yourself very unfilfilled because all of the pain from tough losses isn't erased on that one day. You have to learn to love all of the great moments.

Great, great take, tbh. I agree.

True--it's always about the journey.

I'd love for A&M to become a perennial winner. Hell, I think we're on track to get there. But I hope I never lose that feeling of enjoying the wins along the way.

Great post Swagger, very insightful about LSU fans.

Though I do admit personally a national title would be a 77-0 eraser.

Fortunately for me, I was not converted yet. I actually remember giving my soccer coach, an Aggie, shite about it.
