Why do women charge for it?

Both of your examples are this.

On a base level, they all do-its just how the price is paid and how much. Cynical, I know, and men are guilty of it, as well-you wouldn't date or marry a homeless woman with no means of supporting herself.

Greed.

Greed is the root of all evil. A wise wino said this 2000 years ago. He wasn't right about everything, but he hit this nail on the head.

Here's the rub: Greed is a survival trait hardwired into our species. It is NOT some evil that we are taught (ala hate, racism, sexism, etc.). It's not something we can choose to reject and educate ourselves out of. (Awkward english I know). We are animals capable of satisfying our current needs and then thinking about tomorrow. It's the "saving for a rainy day" principle. It is good. It keeps us at the top of the food chain. On the flipside it leads to there being haves and have nots. The have nots remain restless and the haves remain terrified.

Greed is the evil at the top of your pyramid. And there's not a damned thing we can do about it.

The hyper-accumulation of wealth among the 1 percent. There's nothing wrong with making money but wealth is so concentrated at this point in time that the middle class and even upper middle class workers (lawyers, regular stockbrokers and the like) have too little expendable cash to spread it around the economy. We are a consumer based economy and we simply can't function properly when wealth is THAT concentrated.

Again nothing wrong with money and even a few super rich (although GREED is freaking evil it's a bit different than just making money) but we've reached a point where it's bad for the economy as a whole (too few people exist to infuse the economy with cash).

You just can't have 1% owning 50% of the entire world's wealth. It's not sustainable.

Americans don't really know what's going on in our political system or that our entire system is an elaborate bribery scheme. It is disgusting, politicians vote 95% with their biggest donors, not with their constituents.we also don't really know, nor care what's going on elsewhere in the world. I love this country, but we are literally the most aloof country per capita in the civilized world.

Ignorance.

What he said is kind of a truism.

It's not the apex of the trouble, it's a symptom.

This is true.

People who try to blame money don't really understand what drives the obsession for money ... which drives the obsession for power ... which is all driven by an obsession to please the females' demand for money and power before they give-up the poon.

Yup. If every man in this world could get as much of whatever type of poon he wanted whenever he wanted no matter what, nothing would ever be invented, no one would play sports, no one would work, no one would build things, everyone would be homeless, ect.

It is literally the only motivation for the existence and perpetuation of civilization.
