CatFan answer this:
1) are you the exception or the norm for you gender?
2) if you had a son would you want him serving in an integrated unit if that meant certain physical standards would have to be lowered?
3) if you had a daughter would you want her in a combat arms unit that's mission is to be engaged in prolonged heavy combat with a much higher potential to be captured?
4) Or would you prefer she serve in a service/support unit that due to the decentralized nature of modern combat may or may not be engaged but not in a prolonged manner?

There's a big difference between running Missions in a combat zone and running combat missions.. One has a chance of being attacked and the other has full intention on attacking the enemy. I have no problem with women in combat zones / harms way.

If they can do the job and adhere to the same rules/physical fitness requirements then YES!

I know it's not the norm, but it's certainly not unheard of. There are plenty of women who can pass the male PFT easily and plenty of men who struggle to do so.
I would also never want standards to be lowered. I thought that it was pretty obvious that I was talking about women who don't need the standards to be lowered to accommodate them.
Believe it or not, there are plenty of women suited for combat and plenty of men who are not.

Vaginas are like rollercoasters. People line up to ride em but maintaining them is a low level job that nobody wants.

I have been in close combat with men and women. Surprisingly, I have determined that training has more to do with performance than gender. The main problem is that without gender-norming concessions the selection/success rate of women will not meet the expectations of activists. Therefore, the training standard will be slowly eroded and readiness will be negatively impacted.
