To start next season after their big win over LSU, does that mean the Hogs should be in the top 3...? Afterall, we beat LSU more soundly than they did.

What else is new? He thinks the Midwest is the be all see all and do all. What was LSU, 3-5 in SEC? So now granny beats drum for Nueter Dame and will make sacrifices with burning mock farm animals.

Did he really say that? I know if he hasn't, it's only a matter of time.

It amazes me the amount of loyalty he has to them. Didn't they make him retire so he wouldn't surpass their old Gippers win record, or something like that?

If Lou's opinion mattered, ND would have won the last 5 Natties...

He's a prop, much like May.

That said, we should be pretty good next year. We return 21 of 22 starters from this year's team, and that line up we had out there tonight had three or four starters out on defense because of injuries.

It means that Holtz has his head up his arse. Which is pretty much same ole same ole.

If a sentence starts with "Holts thinks Notre Dame..." then the only rational course of action is to stop reading before your brain dribbles out your ears.

But Holtz also learned how to make a better possum stew than Granny during his time in the Low Country.

Lou has completely lost his frickin noodle, when he's not drooling and spitting he occasionally makes a cogent point but it's becoming more the exception rather than the rule.

What if Bama wins the NC? Arky beat Ole Miss, so I guess they should be preseason #1 next year!

He thinks this every year. Doesn't matter who they beat. Solid moral victory though. 17-0.

If Notre is in the top 5, Auburn should be a unanimous #1.

at Clemson - LOSS
vs. Navy - WIN

Onthe upon a time, Lou loved him some Woo Pig Thooie. I think he'd stump for the Hogs to be at least top 10 based on how Arkansas finished the season.

Except that we fired him and then beat his SC team each time he thought he had something.

In all honesty, I remember when he was fired and thought we made a mistake, but I think he was a better coach for Arkansas, then he was for SC.
