I'd say that's pretty spot on. There will be a ton of freshman playing on both sides of the ball getting a lot of valuable experience.

I'd rather see Kubs at center and Wynn at G. Plus, I'm not saying Hedgess can start but I think he'll be higher up on the list. And I don't see the two freshmen starting on the DL right away. Maybe they'll work their way in like Zo did.

yeah, I think Dawson will get a shot. Hopefully Gailliard will be in shape this year too.

I'm not sold on Dawson at all. He missed a lot of assignments when he played this year. Hopefully he can put in the extra effort knowing he should be the starter, but as of now he hasn't done anything to give me any sort of confidence in him.

RB Chris Carson (6-1, 212) from JUCO will play. I would put him as #4 (Depending on whether Marshall returns to what he once was...and what's going on with Turman).
Detric Dukes was moved to fullback last year after things got thin. He's still listed as such on the official roster.
Not sure I would put Michael Chigbu behind Van Jefferson...but hard to predict until these guys are all on the same field.
Maybe switch Baker and Sims as far as left and right tackles?
I think Mayes or Galliard have better chances to start at nose tackle than Thompson this year.
A lot of folks see Deontai Williams as a corner and Jarvis Wilson as a safety...

What do we do with all these QBs when Eason comes on? You get three years with him. What do you do?

I think it looks solid...we can win some games next season with the schedule we have..

It'll probably be similar to the Stafford/JTIII situation. CMR tends to play the most senior, deserving QB unless underperforming. He started JTIII when Stafford came in as a true freshman. Once it was clear that JTIII wasn't going to get the job done, he was benched in favor of Stafford.
Stafford was probably slightly more highly-touted than Eason, but they're pretty close. I think if Ramsey/Park are getting the job done, Richt would prefer to RS Eason. History shows that he's not afraid to pull the trigger on a true freshman though.

Never seen the term, but it reads as the strength of the hold on that position: Strong, Moderate, or Weak. Matches with the players & talent in the slots.
