we are going 1950's offense. Cam has already said.

Alabama and LSU have proven they can win with average QB play. Both will be fine in 2014.

Seems like the fanbase is split on who they want.
I really want to know the progression through Spring ball.

We won the bowl game? Hell, I don't know.

We're not going after other team's backups

Granted, JJ was bad. But John Parker Wilson was no cake walk.

Cameron let 'em have it, that's for sure. "We'll run 5 yard slants the whole year if we have to." Something like that.

Funny story, I was talking to my friend's new kinda boyfriend the other day... and he was explaining that Tebow was only a below average QB in college that was surrounded by elite talent that made him look good. That without the other players on the team he would have never won a title, or a heisman, and Meyer/Florida would have never done so well. So I guess the gators have proven they can win with below average QB play too

Fair enough. It's kind of scary reading some of the names of SEC winning QB's.

Tebow was a great college QB, just not an NFL QB. No biggie. That's true in the vast majority of cases.

I agree, and that's what I said, but he said "No, no, I mean he was garbage in college too."

Ummm...well there's no cure for that. Along with a Heisman he broke some records also.

No, he wasn't.
He wasn't good by any means but he did win many games for LSU and statistically he was better than Jarrett Lee.

Jarrett had the highest efficiency rating in the SEC (151 I think) after he got yanked in the UA game. Unfortunately that will be a big hindsight bone of contention for a very long time.

While that is true. Lee wasn't beating Bama. Not saying JJ played great, but he did just enough to allow the defense and special teams to win.
