I know we don't own the rights to the logo, but is this what you would want? I love this design.

That design is very brand distinguishable. I like it but it needs to be slightly more updated and less retro. Then it'd be perfect

Pretty sure that's a chillbilly logo and isn't the one that Nike owns the rights to...

The letters are in our current font. I don't know how'd you update it anymore than it already is.

A lot of people have something against the stripe. I don't care either way.
I hope chillybilly gets that job, would be very cool. Most State fans already see a good bit of his work as it is. Might as well bring him into the design process.

All different kinds of design and media need a lot of new blood IMO.

I just know him online. Name seems really familiar IRL but not quite sure how...
I'll know if he doesn't get the position -- but seeing how Stricklin openly told everyone that he used Chillbilly's design on the big bulldog graphic helmets, and gave him one to go along with sideline passes, brought him in to meet everyone, etc at the time, I'd think he'd have an excellent chance at any graphics opening in our athletics dept.
Not sure what the exact job description entails -- but I hope it's uniform design...
