But it's funny how nobody cared while it was saving baseball. If 1998 doesn't happen, baseball might be one of those things of past. The Sosa, McGwire home run race saved baseball period! Also, all things were equal because the pitchers and hitters were doing the same thing. I'm one that believes it was the golden age of baseball because it was exciting. In fact, bring steroids back so we can enjoy more offense!

You know what’s bad for baseball? TV rights in local markets. If you don’t live in the market, good luck ever seeing your favorite team play. That’s why I grew up a Cubs and Braves fan. WGN and TBS.

Never healthy Bonds, who played at least 130 games in 17 of 22 seasons playing in a no DH NL? And only had one year under 100 games? Always double hitter Bonds who already had 494 career HRs before his record breaking season?

Yeah, he took steroids. So did everyone. But Bonds was HOF before it too. So he really should be in the Hall twice, non-juiced Bonds and juiced Bonds should each have their own individual HOF bust.

We don't know who was taking steroids back then and who wasn't. Some players have said they never took a drug test, that the team trainer "took care of it" for them.
It's a joke to condemn Bonds, McGwire and Sosa when Mike Piazza, Pudge Rodriguez, David Ortiz and Jeff Bagwell are in the Hall of Fame.

Sorry for the length, but a true story:

Back in May or June '06 or '07 I was watching TV & on my computer when I fell asleep. All of a sudden the number "13" was yelled at me (in my head). I woke up, WTF? I was alone. So the only 13 I knew of at that time of year was Ryan Newman, NASCAR driver. So I looked him up and he was starting 2nd that Sunday, on the 1st row. So I found a way to open an account and place a bet online, I put $80 on him to win. In one of the most incredible come-backs, down 2 laps he took the lead in the last few and won. I was blown away...somebody was trying to tell me something...so I listened.

So I tried to replicate what had happened. I told myself when I dose off I will wake myself up and write down what's ever in my head. Over about 2 weeks I had 86 entries. Some bet-able some not. But I turned that $80 into $1000 mostly just letting it ride on a number or phrase that I had gotten.

But about Sosa...about the 4th or 5th thing that I got was, "Sosa's hit". So I looked him up and found that he had been injured and hadn't played yet that year and that night was gonna be his first game. So I put $10 on the Cubs. I'm watching the game stats on my computer and he gets up to bat...takes a few pitches and then gets hit! I fell out on the floor man! The "other side" was in direct communication with me! I'm no psychic, just a regular guy who's studied spirituality but its had little affect on my life. The Cubs lost and I lost my $10 but that didn't matter...I'm now Svengali...haha.

I've tried to do this countless times since then with no luck. We all have way more abilities than we know, we just gotta get out of our own way to let em thru. I keep trying.
