LSU Basketball Preview Schedule

It's that special time of year again. The weather is starting to cool down, classes are starting to heat up, and LSU football is in full force. Still, there's something else about this time of year that can really get your competitive juices flowing: LSU Basketball.

We are quickly approaching LSU basketball season! In only 33 quick fall days, LSU will take the hard-court for their opening game against Gardner-Webb. In the month leading up to LSU's upcoming season, I'll delve into all there is to know about this year's very promising team.

Preseason power rankings for LSU range from 3rd in the SEC to 5th, and Coach Jones and crew know the expectations are higher than they have been at any point during his tenure as head coach. With practices starting last week, this LSU team is primed for a great season.
