LSU head coach Johnny Jones confirmed the hire of John Treloar as assistant coach on Wednesday afternoon. Per LSUSports.net:
NOLA.com is reporting that LSU is set to hire John Treloar as an assistant coach.
Trelor, who once served as an assistant at LSU from 2004-2008 under former coach John Brady, will replace Eric Musselman who departed Baton Rouge to become the head coach at Nevada on March 26th.

Though there is nothing official yet, and LSU coach Johnny Jones did not return a message seeking comment, three sources independently confirmed Wednesday that Jones is poised to hire Treloar to fill the void on Jones' coaching staff left when Eric Musselman departed to take the head-coaching spot at Nevada.
