As a Bama fan, my oldest daughter graduates May 10 from Ole Miss, then starts pharmacy school at Ole Miss in the fall...from what I've seen/been told by her, the college life there is like any other big SEC school...

Maryland ranks 42nd in the 247 talent composite, NMSU 113th, your AU tigers 18th...that ranks you 7th for '23 in the sec...you lost to 4 of the 7 above you, didn't play the other 2, so will give you the 4 losses above to a talent deficit but whining about no talent when your 18th and losing to the 4...

On a different note, saw were a State representative is trying to get a NIL bill passed that would allow AL hs kids to receive money while still in hs...I know Missouri has something like this. ...

Not much left in the top end of the class to get, unless someone flips and haven't seen much chatter about anyone we are pushing for on that front
Guessing we are saving some spots for portal transfers. Be nice to get a day one wr, dl, db and tackle....

Ehh,Bama has never really seen a big jump following a NC with recruiting like other schools...with NIL now, it's seems to be all about money promised and being able to keep the money going to recruits the following year, or another team will up the ante. Everyone keeps talking about the 25 class bei...

According to the AU board, we are broke because we spent all of the NIL on Sayin and Ffrench in next years class, chargers and challengers just don't cut it anymore...I will say they are diehard kool-aid drinkers on that board....

The Barn board seems to think Ryan Williams is a lock to flip and reclassify to the 24 class...they definitely need receivers, but need a QB and OL a lot more than receivers....

Did, and by putting the word out to certain players, that's tampering...putting the word out in general gets you run of the mill players alabama didn't recruit out of hs and probably aren't doing much at their current school..if coach Saban is hunting specific players for the 24 class, they have bee...

??...we tamper as much as any other team. Exhibit A, Drake Maye this year. Tampered with, got called out about it, got out NIL'd, all for a legacy player that ditched us in the recruiting process coming out of hs....

I mean unless we are majorly tampering with players on other teams to fill immediate needs in 24, there's no way for Saban to know who is going to be in the portal worth taking. Usually only a handful of top players, another 2-3 dozen FBS team fillers, majority never hardly contribute to the team th...

It all falls on the head coach and his coaching choices...to me it started with Pruitt, when he left after 2 years for the TN head coach job, yes it was a very big step up, something every coach worth his weight strives to achieve, but I'm sure Saban warned him of the situation at TN and the pitfall...

The recruiting is not there...the 21 class was propped up by a bunch of 4 and 5 star o lineman and receivers that have either transferred or didn't pan out, 22 class is a bunch of 5 star edges, 5 star o lineman who was a turnstile and a 5 star safety who has good/bad moments, 23 class is propped up...
