They have a brutal schedule next two years. UF drew the short straw when the SEC expanded to 16 teams.

It’s this he’s always taking little shots at current Florida. 1) he’s setting expectations higher so what actually happens will be underachieving and 2) spurrier never had seasons like this so predicting them like it’s a good thing is a jab in itself

If they had your schedule I would agree 100% they’d be bowl eligible and more for sure.
But theirs looks very tough. And who knows who they play in a bowl.

Old Steve is sure slick. Setting poor Sunbelt Billy up. When UF fails to get to a bowl the Gators will kick him to the curb and Stevie can sit back and think about how much the Gators must miss him.

Spurrier is trying to rally the troops. What AD in their right mind would schedule 3, Power-4 teams, as part of their OOC schedule? Miami and Florida State were bad enough but the Gators decided to add UCF to the mix. The Knights will play that game like it's their NC and be happy to hang another banner if they win. The AD needs to be fired. What the Florida AD started the SEC office finished. That schedule is about as wicked as it gets.

No, but that is the way those wannabes will play you. I can't believe your OOC schedule this year. Georgia is bragging about 2, Power 4 teams on their OOC and one of those is GaTech. I would have pulled a Kirby and dropped that team faster than he could say Oklahoma.
