Public schools have no discipline. It’s like sending your kids to a prison yard every day to be preyed on. Anyone who loves their kids would send them to a smaller and safer school where they can actually learn....

I think this depends on the dealership. If it’s part of a large auto group, then no. If it’s the guy who runs his own lot and wears a cowboy hat on commercials, then you can be pretty sure he’d take cash off the books and give you a better deal. ...

I sold all of mine today. I was up 30% and they just announced their biggest renter filed for bankruptcy. I expect it to drop. If it goes below $3 I’ll buy back in....
