Regular season without a doubt. A week long double then single elimination tournament is not the best way to determine the SEC champ.

I understand teams needing only a win or two to qualify for postseason, and then wanting to go home for extra rest. It makes sense. But once you get to championship Sunday you might as well give it your all to win. ...
