Hard to believe this thread is still going.
I'm shocked also. ...
Of course it makes sense.
Nah. Cloning a super powerful space wizard shouldn't be the same as cloning a random bounty hunter with no super powers. ...
and yeah we’ve known about clones since that movie, what was the nam? Attack of the Clones
Cloning grunt soldiers and cloning one of the most powerful Siths in Star Wars history are not similar situations.
Does it make sense for there to be clones of a random bounty hunt...
It would take more money than Marvel lost in the past year to get Ford to touch Star Wars again and do you really want TDS Mark Hamill back?
Nah they would definitely have to recast them. I'm not even sure they need to redo the sequel trilogy though. Just throwing it out comple...
why? did you not like the Mandalorian because the sequel trilogy was bad? I don’t think it’s necessary to make some other sequel trilogy to make good SW content.
Because the awful sequel trilogy handcuffs what they are able to do otherwise. Too many cure-alls that they won't be abl...
Disney put out the final season in 2020, and it was pretty jaw dropping from a story telling perspective.
Absolutely correct, but it would be a stretch to call this a "new" Disney idea. I wouldn't even call the Bad Batch show a "new" idea since that is clearly an extension of Clone...
This is a big deal for every state. Huge population states like Florida and Texas having school choice, and implementing it, will force companies that make educational materials to take note. ...
I dont think the way forward is back
Of course it is. Completely reimagining the sequel trilogy is the only way they can even begin to fix it.
Disney Successes have been with new characters and their failures have been with legacy characters
Completely incorrec...
Can Star Wars be recovered under Disney?
Not as long as Kathleen Kennedy is involved, and probably not as long as Bob Iger is involved. They would have to completely remove the sequel trilogy, and I don't believe they're willing to admit their failures there....
Somehow allergies like that are very rare in the 3rd world
They never got the memo that pregnant women and infants shouldn't eat peanuts, so their kids never developed an allergy to peanuts....
If they release them all on PC GamePass, I might finally subscribe again for a while. thought about getting BLOPS2, and it’s currently $60 on Steam.
I imagine they'd get quite a few subs if they do that. I'm not really into multiplayer shooter games, but I'll definitely play throug...
It would not shock me if they put all of the old Call of Duty games on Game Pass during that June 9 direct....
The school is simply trying to function and get kids to the next grade. That’s it. They’re not trying to die on hills one way or another.
The mistake they're making on the trans issue is believing they aren't "dying on a hill" because they're taking the side of depravity. This tran...
What boggles my mind is when I was a kid in the 70s & early 80s, things like a a peanut allergy were unheard of. Now it’s quite common. What’s changed??
Seems to me that the increase in these sorts of allergies tied in pretty neatly with the belief that pregnant women and infants s...
That sh*t is scary as hell. Thought I was about to see my ex die from it. Dumb arse girl left her epipen at home because she wanted to carry her small purse She ended up in the hospital for a few days.
Never seen it myself, but I can absolutely understand why school staff would not...
Again, the masses have to change their behavior for the minority
I really think there's also a practical reason for this. If you worked at a school, would you want to deal with a kid going through anaphylactic shock? ...
I don’t know why we have to limit it for everyone because maybe one kid out of a hundred has a peanut allergy.
It doesn't make a whole lot of sense, because even a kid with an airborne allergy isn't going to be able to avoid peanuts everywhere. If he/she ever even goes to the groce...
Depends on the severity of the allergy. My kids' elementary school used to have to ban peanuts due to an airborne allergy but currently do not. ...
