They are mostly real estate investment trusts.
The game is they bombard a target area with offers way below market and as mentioned all they need to do is find the handful of people drowning in credit card debt or just desperate for cash and they make a killing....

Just a brutal schedule for Bama. Three road games against top 15 teams and two top 10 matchups at home. A really good team could lose three games against that schedule....
