re: The SEC Ump & SEC Nation Guys

Posted by LSUsuperfresh on 5/26/24 at 9:50 am
Same thing going on here as the reason they got rid of the trackman view and data: they know the umps aren't great but aren't really committed to drastically improving it either....
Was the hot mic on Loer the walkie-talkie from the S Car dugout?? Maybe it picked up the frequency or something?...
what was that guy saying in the background?
I heard "Justin LOER?? More like Justin BLOWER"...
The same coach that won a Natty last season?
We just need 2 of the best players in college baseball history again and we'll be back at it!...
As tough as it was, Milazzo is in there yo make that play.
He was calling for it the whole time too...
Tommy Tuberville - 2004
Not officially recognized by the NCAA [link=(https://www.ncaa.com/news/football/article/college-football-national-championship-history?amp)]NCAA Champs by Year[/link]...
Also very unlikely, but there's a chance we could win the SECT and get a bid, right?...
Im not 100%serious with how much we win by but where on that schedule do you see 3 losses????
Alabama, Texas, Ole Miss, and LSU will definitely be favored. Maybe Tennessee too. OU would probably be lucky to go 2-3 in those ...
We could just go on a heater, get lucky early, and win the SEC tournament right?...
We were ranked #1 for a good chunk of the early season. That's panned out pretty well IMO...
There's also the other end of the spectrum of LSU fans on here who thought Miles was one of the greatest coaches of all time and was ready to fight anyone who questioned his offensive prowess ...
There's probably quite a few teams doing a lot more with a lot less this year...
laugh as the Tigers arrive in Omaha.
Last year, pitching got hot at the right time and we won it all. This year, we need pitching and hitting to get hot. Gonna be a tall order. It feels like to me that Tanks is the only elite player we have. Last year, we had Skenes, Crews, Tanks, ...

I want to see Guidry play some 2B...
This team is not good. They will take their lumps this year and come back better next
Tanks seems to be our only elite hitter at this point though and he won't be here...
Some of these guys are going to struggle at the plate once SEC play starts. Last year, Jones and Kling started out hot but cooled pretty quickly. Need to wait and see how it shakes out come April or so. I'm not saying we can't win it all again. I'm just saying I don't think it's quite money in th...
We gave up 8 runs to VMI! We're going to have to score 16+ to win SEC games. Last I checked, Dylan Crews ain't here. Buckle up for a mediocre year. If you don't like it, then meet me at the Sonic in Omaha at the end of the season because I'm only joking...
I need to see LSU's defense before I predict a W. This could be the worst LSU DL I've ever seen if things don't change between now and next season...

re: Saban Retirement Rumor

I think someone getting paid $10MM/yr doesn't have a lot of room to complain about the athletes getting a share of the pie. Is the extreme capitalization of college football detrimental to the sport? Absolutely. But Jimmy Sexton and his clients are right in the thick of it....
