I hate that Smith didn't get the victory, but it sounds as if the Mises folks are well on the their way to regaining control of the party. That's good. We will need them in the future after Biden/Trump bury us with more fiscally irresponsible debt and destruction.

Damn. Never had hydration issues. Put in 10 miles Sat AM. It was 77 degrees at 6AM and nearly 100% humidity. It was hard, but never felt bad. I’m a big fan of LMNT. I take a running water bottle, put some of that in it with water, and freeze it. It melts along the way.

Just about every major university should be able to do this. Both UAB and Samford here in Birmingham can do it along with a number of gyms and lab type places.
