re: who you think will pitch in the championship?
Posted by RightWingTiger on 5/26/24 at 4:01 am
As long as LSUs offense continues churning out hits & runs the pitching will just need to keep Tenner under 12ish runs (JMO).
I don't think the CG will be a 2 to 1 or 4 to 5 type game. Winner likely needs 10+ to win the Championship. ...

Sorry but a win away from the WCWS seems just a tad better than MEDIOCRE, No?...
re: Remember when Kentucky poked the Bear?

It seemed like Kentucky talked more shite than Tenner or Ark. Their HC isn’t liked by many other HCs (JJs the outlier) bc of all the “Bush League” shite they pull.
It was the amount of “shite talk” from UK last year that really surprised me considering the lack of any type of real baseball (or any...
re: Feeling a Hurd 2023 CWS vib for UK

Hurd has done a complete disappearing act this year. Just about every LSU fan expected a HUGE year for him, a dominant Friday night SEC starter type year & instead he’s just completely “shite the bed” the entire season.
I think CJJ is done with Hurd as a starter (this year). At this point it’s ob...

I believe the Kentucky Pitcher attempted to “quick pitch” him (? not 100% sure) BUT whatever he did I bet he wished he hadn’t. :rotflmao: ...

re: Wes Johnson: UGA lost the game, LSU didn’t win it

I thought he went out of his way to avoid saying anything positive about LSU. WTF?
Did he & Jay get sideways when he bolted after the Natty?...
This offense is an Omaha offense. Pitching should have been more consistent in March and April.
Doesn’t really matter now. They’re in the Tournament now so all that matters is how well they continue playing. ...

So how is that “working out” for CJJ if he thought LSU “Had to win Saturday”...
