I’m in my 50,s
Bought a small house lived there for 15 years sold it for double what I paid for it.
Then bought a house and used that money and some savings to pay for the house. Bought it at a 20% discount ole baw was just ready to sell it....

Paid off a car loan 3 years ago
Only have a gas card
Every bill is paid on time by my wife.
Go buy a truck in December 2023 dealership pulled my credit score it was 750. I said is that good they said yea that’s good ...
