Most people who drive like that do not have collision coverage. They get the basic liability insurance bc it's cheapest that covers the cars they hit prob at minimum up to 25k. That means it would all come out his pocket for a new car....

DFW is 2nd most expensive city to live in TX. Houston has cheaper houses and is for all accounts basically the same city imo as Dallas but with a subpar beach which is why I prefer Houston. I'm not into keeping up with the Joneses which is what Dallas is too.

Don't listen to this guy, he doesn't know what he's talking about. Median housing price has already dropped 10%+ in the last 1 year. It's doing exact opposite.

Seems like BRK is not as successfull as they used to be. They were in 80 90s 00s and 10s. But they are barely beating SP500 recenly. Not even sure about SP100. Something tells me it's because Buffet is so old and is hesitant to get into AI and tech which is where the money is today. His style worked...

I bought 4 chocolate covered strawberries at HEB at a tent they set up for mothers day. I ended up eating them myself. The chocolate fell off strawberry and landed on my car floor and got my fingers chocolatey. I love those chocolate strawberries....
