In reality, the cost is to trump. The judge, prosecutor..baliffs .. Electricity bill for the courtroom have been budgeted for and would be paid regardless . Now there is a cost accounting that that attributes the expense to this trial but unless there is unbudgeted overtime? Or unbudgeted expenses...
