I have had a trainer/PT treat my tight hamstrings using what he called “dry needling” which amounted to sticking in my muscles some long needles that looked a lot like acupuncture needles, and then running electric current through them. I was skeptical but it did seem to help....
I was there in 79 or 80….riding those rafts. True story, my college roommate at AU was from Atlanta and he talked me in to going with some friends (I think I was a mark for more beer money). I can attest to a lot of things already said about this event. Amazing numbers of college kids, lots of...

The 125/250 class always has a group of young riders that are trying to establish themselves along with a few veterans; it does make for more exciting races week in and week out. The premier class is the pinnacle of the sport, and if you appreciate great riding this is where to see it. What Je...
cartoons are awful now
Yeah they have gotten so soft now. It used to be that when Shredder got the ball in the paint you knew Splinter would body him up and make it tough to score. Skeletor used to be tougher, now he just flops whenever He-man gets near him. The teams now just ...

You think a players union will help organize the current mess…? Anyone with experience dealing with unions in the past 20 years in the USA could tell you what a ridiculous and naive idea that is. Unions are out to help themselves and their organization while nominally helping some members. Any pr...

Auburn Women’s Tennis: Carolyn Ansari, DJ Williams, Addy Flach, Angela Okutoyi, Selen Ovunc,…..and that is just off the top of my head. I have seen them all play. I do agree with your general point. No college sports fans care equally about all sports....

TuscAUloosa as usual you say things that are not true. LSU home baseball games average attendance in 2023 was 12,431. LSU home gymnastics meet average attendance in 2023 was 12,075 No one should take anything you say as accurate....

re: $300 million over 10 years

If I read the article correctly your thread title is wrong. It should be: “$300 million per year for 10 years” That is a much bigger settlement than $300 million over 10 years....

It is vile and disgusting that anyone would be interested in a child’s genitalia, I do not care who talks about it. However, you prove yourself to be lower than that by showing your interest, and trying to tie this to a football rivalry. ...
