I was technically overweight in college as I was training for powerlifting competitions. My self-image was mostly tied to my bench press and deadlifts. I weigh less now because I eat smaller portions and do more cardio workouts. I still lift but use lower weights and higher reps....

I have never tried teaching adults but have had some success teaching critical thinking skills to high school students....

Some schools have a ban due to allergy issues. This doesn't seem to be enforceable though. It would be pretty easy to make a peanut butter sandwich and claim that it is a substitute like Sunbutter, which is made from sunflower seeds or Wowbutter, which is a soy product. I use a washcloth because it is needed to remove the last traces of sunscreen. I reapply that several times a day this time of the year....

Of course! I have the one that used to fly outside of my grandfather's house. He came home from WWII and proudly flew the flag until the day he died....
