I’m not supporting being overweight or carrying some fat, but look at nature. Most animals that are older have more heft than a younger animal. Take whitetail deer, almost every 3-5 year old is bigger than a 1-2 year old. Stockier is not the same as fat.

The main reason I ask is how hard you will be digging? Sometimes its easier and safer to just follow the line down from your house and then go from there.

Are you in Louisiana? If you are somewhere like the keys and fish often in 200 ft or less on a larger boat then I think they make a lot of sense.
They are more 1990s though, with spot lock trolling motors and auto pilot ability to use the outboards now to lock in place they just are kinda outdate...

They sell masonry paint as said the Sherwin Williams Loxon is one option. I have a commercial account due to some rental properties I buy a whopping like 10 gallons a year. You need to make sure you are using good fishing line and likely need to start out with 4lb leader. Some guys even use 2lb but if you are seeing big fish that’s probably too small. The point is that food cost hasn’t gone up that much. Labor cost has, but not THAT much.
Fast food prices have increased well above avg inflation, or it appears so anyway.
