Possibly another Covid knockout. I ate at the one in Jackson last year. The service at chain restaurants took a hit after 2020. They can't even find bodies now. It's over....

I always considered Oklahoma as part Midwest, part Great Plains -panhandle part. Not geographically West, although very close at the west edge. Southwest would be West Texas, NM, AZ and Southern Cal.
Missouri is entirely Midwest. ...

Mississippi. It's the most insulated state in the deep south and is where Bobbie Gentry is from. She had the most southern style of song writing I've ever heard....
