Whole Lotta sausage in this thread

Side question

How much longer will the board be dead?

Should we start a call for the return of the Hunger Games thread?

Who is the best to start such a thread? Does Jeff have a crush?

What seed will the Dawgs be headed into the new expanded playoff?

I pay for YouTube premium so I don't know how this will work for y'all with advertisements, but if you synch up this beastie boys video with 2023 Ladd mcconkey highlights, it is really good. They are both about the same length.

Mute the McConkey video, unmute the Beastie video, then let the McConkey vid play.

Looks like you can't embed two in one. Oh well.

It does feel more dead than normal. Need monteg or someone to stir up some drama. Wonder what chef leapard is up to...if he is still alive/not in prison.

Yeah. But you can have two separate embed posts playing at once. Sp you'd have to post them back to back with your instructions

I dont want to be a part of this new < > deal. I did watch most of the 7 episode Grateful Dead documentary recently on the Amazon prime though…

Hahahahahaha ha ha hahaaaa ha HA ! ,!

Takeaways:

- I actually came away respecting jerry garcia a lot more than i did before. He was the entire brains behind that band. And was extremely talented
-And simultaneously i came away respecting the rest of the band even less than i did before. Especially the drum section. frick off. And the other lead singer guy. My word
- We were all embarrassing and naive stupid when we were young, but the “dead heads” on camera in that doc must be mortified to see themselves in that footage. Just shameful
- imagine being a former dead show “Spinner” now a retried stock broker great grandmother that bowed and preyed to Jerry garcia because you thought he was a prophet
- Still dont respect bands that dont write their own lyrics
- Al franken is so unlikeable and hideous looking
- Althea is one of their best though

I never really listened to the dead. My dad went to shows in the 70s and always liked them. Always talked about them as a great jam band.

I was just ABB guy.

Started listening to their xm radio station about a year ago. It's growing on me. But it damn sure is not as good as ABB for me.

Think they could have had Lowell George instead of Bob Weir but didn't pull the trigger. That said I like a lot of their stuff. More of 80s and 90s guy with Brent though.

I think a lot of their lyrics are great. Thought Jerry helped write some of them.

Found this banger recently. I'm a sucker for shite like this. Love the saxophone solo. Good coke snorting percussions.

One of the few I've seen do a good vocal and guitar cover of The

“Bluegrass is a conversational music. The instruments kind of talk to each other “

-Jerry Garcia hacked into something old and ancient and became pied piper of rudderless dirt bags
