The guy covered for a capital murderer to beat South Carolina in a meaningless SEC game. He seems to be able to do what he wants (except beat single digit tournament teams or make a final 4)

So shoving opposing players is fine. Got it.

What about players loaning out guns for murder? Is that against the SEC Bylaws?

Or players using their vehicles to block women from escaping from being murdered? Is that against the SEC Bylaws?

Ehh,from what I saw I would have pushed Shaw out of the huddle as well. Our basketballers need more fight in them. If an opposing coach has to put it in them, so be it.

Does this set the precedent that opposing players can assault Oats and suffer the same "consequences"?

Yes players may touch Nates chest and extend their arms at a methodical, gradual pace in a light theatrical way.

Shove???

Oats buffed his fingernails on that guy's jersey, that's all. Way overblown.***

I can’t believe people are still crying over this. If it was a coach for any other school no one would care.

Yeah. And those Bama players who killed a young mother were just boys being boys who were in the wrong place at the wrong time.
And Burton bitch punching that 90 lb sorority girl was ok since he was “scared”. What a man! Fully padded and helmeted, surrounded by his fellow team members some weighting over 300 lbs didn’t ease his fright. Poor little guy. He was “scared”. Those UT sorority girls are really really scary!!! Scared Saban too. He said he was scared

Gates looks worse than Oats. Letting a preppy looking coach touch your player? He legit could have charges him and won over the fanbase for life. Instead he says nothing.

Gates talent next year coming in gives him a bye this year but the seat is going to get warm. Norm Stewart would have beat him into oatmeal.

SEC officials probably afraid he would send a player or two to kill them.
