LINK .
Prepare to forfeit a lot A&M, illegal for men to compete in women's sports per most states in the south, Arkansas and Florida have already passed legislation, I expect the SEC office to rule against letting males compete against women

Do now aggys finally have "female" cheerleaders? How do they decide which ones wear the skirt?

WTF is this sorry excuse for article? It reads like a sky screamer writing in their journal.

To be clear, it hasn’t happened. So far the University has said they are considering it.

Would I agree with it? No. Will Texas A&M implement it? I hope not.

Wait to sky scream at the appropriate time though…

Texas A&M today is a far cry from the conservative University I attended.

Continued pussification of academia. Not sure there is much else to say.

Yep, this seems like a lot of “hoopla” over nothing. But I’m not surprised as that’s what passes for journalism these days, print an attention grabbing headline with little facts just to drive clicks. Take a look at Texas scorecard's website and get back to me on how legitimate of a news source they appear to be.

You can’t take the same human, allow them to cut off their dick (or tuck it or ignore it), ans call them protected.

Frankly, nobody should be more protected than anybody else. That ship should sail on.

This.

The Biden administration is trying to reverse a bunch of Trump executive orders on the way out of the door, early enough so that Congress can't override it with a simple majority vote next January. This includes the changes to Title IX rules that Trump implemented requiring due process in sexual harrassment/assault claims. Biden is trying to turn back the clock to when these were star chamber proceedings.

I'm sure there are a few lunatic progressive bureaucrats at every school who are all for that, but I suspect the decision makers are going to take their time and hope that they don't have to actually confront the issue. The threat from the feds is, do it our way or lose your federal funding, so it's hard to totally ignore it.

Overall I'm fairly liberal when it comes to LGBQT type stuff. I'll use whatever pronoun you want and I don't see any harm with you wanting to be called a girl (or a they) despite being born a man. It doesn't hurt me to call you a lady so I can be polite.

But I'm against it when it comes to athletics.

The reason why we have a different sport for females isn't about identity. It's about biology. The biological differences between men and women (much of which is due to testosterone) is why we have them compete separately. It's not about what bathroom you use, it's purely to have an even playing field based on biology.

The men's division of pretty much every sport is open to everyone. We've had women try out for the NBA (and fail... read up on Louisa Harris). We've had women compete in mens golf tournaments. There is nothing that prevents a trans woman or trans male from competing in the mens division.

But the women's division is for biological women only, for a reason. Allowing those who have extra testosterone from being born a man is unfair to those who rightfully compete in the category. It defeats the entire purpose of title 9 and of women's athletics existing.

It's a national epidemic now. It's disgusting but not sure what we can do. I don't donate enough to UT to matter to them so my opinion means jack shite.

Man I love posts like this. I just love the chance to prove just how stupid some of the posters on this board really are.

The following video put out by A&M Chancellor John Sharp issueing a statement the following day stating that Texas Scorecard is wrong and that A&M is not complying with the new regs until the law suit is settled.

A&M not complying with Biden Title IX

Sorry OP for making you look stupid and ignorant in the same post. You really should do a little research before you post. Maybe it will help you not look so stupid instead of proving it beyond a shadow of a doubt.
