It's a sore subject and ain't for a lack of trying to get a franchise in College Station.

Full confession. It's the best location for any waffle house I've seen. That is full on student apartments & condos in that area, mixed in mainly with great non university residents of COMO. The reviews are unbelievable..considering its reputation of being a Dennys for people that know how to fight. ¯\_(?)_/¯

All you have to do is look at that up there and know that they will do anything to get in a big6 list.

Mizzybilt is tryharding like aggy.

But it never works. Especially if you’re seventh.

Can’t speak for out of state schools but in Texas it means our university is not near an interstate highway.

I always hated that the WH was on the other side of Starkville because nothing was better than an All Star breakfast to cure a hangover before class

Hmmm, I think the tennis facility is closer than that. Do an odometer check next time I'm over there.

Missouri between STL and KC has gotten more southern like over the past 20 years. Don’t let 2015 fool you.

For Aggie I guess a lot depends on what you're trying to fit and where you're trying to fit it.

Mizzou is a better fit. They have actually been competitive from time to time.

Plus they have some hot female cheerleaders!

For the straight guys...
