You have to look on the bright side, your defense was sick tonight. All you need is that offense to get going and the east might have a season spoiler on their hands...good luck in the rest of the season and as always...

ANCHOR THE frick DOWN

I'm disappointed, but it's still way better than last year.

Dude, I want to like you, but you've got to chill the frick out. You're way too spastic. Just relax. You're acting like the kid in middle school who is trying WAY too hard to be "cool". Tone it down and just chill. If you wanna jump on the Vanderbus, awesome. We welcome all comers unless you are a fan of the Vawls, but this isn't about repping Vandy. This board is fun, but it's a lot of fun to be able to have serious conversation. No one takes you seriously because you're running around like a squirrel on speed.

True Dat!

Bugga, making game threads is not about popularity or getting sticky attention. Hopefully with the SECN the old days are behind us but in the past you may be the only one who gets the broadcast and you really have to work the thread to keep others who can not see the game updated.

If you do the thread you have to plan and commit the time. If you take it and go away, or slack on it, it is a banable offense. Ice Cold and Rummy may not post often but it does not mean they are not watching. Some are really good, like Cayce Cock doing the baseball threads, so observe how they set them up and run them. Dores make up for having the fewest folks on here with having the best posters per capita on tRant.

If you need help just ask or if you have a question. My thread specialty is usually the less covered sports and I think both ITTOD and myself have done bowling threads on tRant that highlighted the Dores success.

I though I did a damn good job of updating both threads?

I'm not sure about that part. Just a general statement.

But you did not want to do the Vandy one and you said you were going out. Running a thread is a responsibility. If you want to do it great, but plan on doing it all the way through without asking to get out of it. I almost never see Paige on tRant but even she showed up on your thread about passing it off.

You just got out of ban land and doing what you were doing is a really good way to get banned again. These are not my rules, just giving you the heads up to the right way to do it so you do not get banned again.

As I said before, watch those who do the good game threads and learn. I supported getting out of ban land this last go round but if you do not learn I may not go to bat next time around.
