Haven't done it in a while but with a scanner or a two-way radio programmed properly
you can pick up the WSB uplink signal inside the stadium. It's UHF in the 450.000 range or used to be. Never did it in Sanford but I did it at Knoxville back in '01.

Pretty cool...no delays or commercials.

I assume you can hear the goings on in the booth un-edited? I would have loved to have had that when Munson was in the booth...he was a mans man LOL....

I enjoy football because it is usually 3 hours of my life when I don't have to listen to a fricking woman talk.

2) Synch my over air broadcast with the TV station showing the game.

That doesn't seem like it would be that hard but what do I know.

I worked in radio for several years. Trust me, unless the radio station and the television station are owned by the same corporation, it wouldn't be that easy. Granted I did not work for a station that owned television stations, too, but it would be a huge ordeal. Typically one or the other (And possibly both) will have some type of delay....2-3 seconds typically.

I tested out the TuneIn Radio app on my iphone yesterday with the Pitt/Northwestern game and, with a little finagling, was able to get the Pitt local radio and the ESPN broadcast on the cable box synched up.

So, frick you, Beth.
